“Love is confusing! Love makes you not want the day to end but at the same time it makes you look forward to tomorrow.” ~ Tramaine Cavil

I met this guy at a restaurant/bar that my girlfriends and I sometimes go to after work whenever we’re up for some drinks and live music. It’s a really dimly lit place but it has a great look and feel. Well this guy comes up to me and says, “Hey, do you remember me? We went to High School together!” Well I vaguely remembered his name but I couldn’t exactly remember him but he seemed to know the people I used to hang out with.
We talked for awhile and we kind of hit it off. He was cute and he was tall like I like them so when he asked me for date, I was open to seeing him again. Two nights later, he came to my house to pick me up to take me to the comedy club. Oh, my God! I couldn’t believe how different this guy looked! He was not attractive and his left eye was lazy! I couldn’t believe that I didn’t notice this at the place that we met. I’ve heard that everyone is more attractive in a dimly lit place but, come on!
Anyways, I told him to have a seat on the couch and to wait there for a second. I ran to my girlfriends house two houses down and told her what happened. I begged her to come along with us because I didn’t want to go out with him. Luckily, I was able to get her to come and she brought her boyfriend. The whole time I walked 10 feet in front of him.
At the end of the night, he walked me to the door and I basically slammed the door in his face. Looking back at it, I feel horrible! I didn’t treat him very nice and he was a very nice guy. I just caught off guard and I panicked.

I met this girl, I can’t remember where because it was a couple years ago, but we dated for a short period of time. All I remember is that all of a sudden for no reason at all, she stopped calling and stopped returning my calls. I thought it was crazy because we had chemistry and things seemed to be going pretty good. So of course, I thought the situation was kind of messed up.
Well I ended up running into her about a year later at this small sports bar. A friend and I were there to watch an NBA playoff game and she just happened to be at the table next to ours with a couple of her girlfriends. She came up to me and we began to talk. I found out the reason why she stopped communicating with me was because she had got back with an ex boyfriend. Things didn’t work out like she wanted and she was single once again.
My interest in her was gone because of the way she did me but I didn’t want to let her off that easy. I could tell that she still had an interest in me because she was looking at me the same way as she did before. You know, with those sexy eyes. Long story short, she ended up joining me at my table and we drank and watched the game. Afterwards, I took her home and had sex with her for the very first time. I never called her again.

I’ve been married for almost 16 years now but I can’t say they have been happy years. I have two great children that I love with all my heart but I can’t say the same about my husband. When I look back, I still don’t understand why we got married. We never had a great love between us and I guess it was the simple fact that he asked for my hand in marriage and I accepted. We had two children within the first four years of our marriage and to be honest, they’re the only reason we’re together today. We have absolutely nothing in common and we’re pretty much just roommates.
Well about a year ago, some girlfriends and I went out to a bar after one of our group meetings. This handsome guy came up to me as my girlfriend was getting drinks for us at the bar. He was good looking, interesting, intelligent, and he made me feel sexy. We talked and danced for the rest of the night and he eventually went home with my number.
We kept in touch via text, email and an occasional phone call. I wanted him so bad but at the same time whenever he would ask to get together I would back away because I knew the consequences. About 2 months later, my girlfriends and I went out again to another bar after another group meeting. I sent him a text and about an hour and a half later, he was there with me. We shared drinks and conversation. We left early so that we could spend some time together before I had to go home to my husband. We kissed the most amazing kiss in my car out in the parking lot. I wanted to rip his clothes off and allow him to make me feel like a woman again but I just couldn’t.
Well, that was the last time I seen him. He sends me a text every now and again but I haven’t seen him again because I know that if I do what will happen. I still think about him a lot but my family is more important.
Do you have a deep dark secret that you’re dying to tell? Well, you’re in luck because we’re here to listen! Give us the juice! No promises but you might just feel better about it.
