Question for you, if a guy has stayed out all night with his friends 5 times, is he cheating on you? Or is he just too drunk and could he really just be passed out?

The Answer
Thank you Sarah for your question. The quick answer to your cheating question is…possibly but not necessarily. Now for the long answer.
Before I address your question specifically though, I do have to address one concern with you. When a guy is in a relationship, he conducts himself in one of two ways when he’s out with the guys. He either says, “It’s alright, I can stay out all night”, or he says “Are you crazy! I have to get home to my lady. She would kill me if I stayed out any later!” Men will treat you the way you “allow” them to treat you. If you allow your man to stay out all night without consequences or without throwing his clothes out on the lawn, then that’s exactly what he’ll do, stay out all night. It’s the men that know they will face consequences and whose women have commanded respect, that will be home every night at a decent hour.
Now to the specifics. It’s not a good sign that your man is not coming home at night. It’s definitely not behavior of someone that is in a committed relationship. Home is where you start your day and end your day, so if your man is starting and ending his day somewhere else, it’s very possible that he is creating a new home or new relationship with someone else.
When guys are out partying, it’s not just about having fun with the guys. Guys are chasing women, flirting with them, and sometimes even hooking up. Sometimes it’s innocent but other times, lines are crossed and all of a sudden you find a number in his pocket or some chick is calling his phone.
Long story short, I can’t say for sure if your man is cheating but if it smells rotten, it usually means that something has gone bad. Set your boundaries and set your expectations, especially having him home every night. If he can’t abide by your expectations and he’s going out of his way to ignore them, then more than likely he’s cheating.
