Signs That He’s Not Into You

I’ve been known for it, I’ve been guilty of it, and for the first time ever, publicly I’m admitting to it. “I’m a man and I’m a mixed signal…aholic”. Since the beginning of time women have always asked the question, “Is he into me?” and for good reason. There are many differences that men and women have but one of the major differences is our intentions when it comes to the opposite sex. Generally, when a women shows interest in a man, her intentions are to date and to potentially have a relationship with him. For men, there is no such thing as generally. Our intentions are basic and are decided pretty much the first time we lay eyes on you.
Our intentions are...
a) Non-existent – You will be our friend or someone we happened
to meet.
b) To sleep with you – Sometimes only once or if you’re special, as many
times as we can get away with.
c) To date and to potentially have a relationship with
you.
So where do you fit? If women opened their eyes just a bit, they could easily
see which category they are headed towards. But sometimes, women look at men through
wishful eyes which cloud their vision and their judgment. So here are the ways to
tell if he’s not into you.
He Only Calls or Sends You Text Messages at Night
If a man
desires you, you’re the first thing that he thinks about when he wakes up. Matter
of fact, he probably was even dreaming about you during the night. So if he’s into
you, you should be receiving calls during the day or text messages that say, “Good
Morning!”, “How is your day going?”, or “I just wanted to let you know that you were
being thought about.”
If your only communication is at night, you’re pretty much an
after thought or a last resort. Be mindful of when he reaches out to you, because
it’s generally when you’re being thought about.
Your Dates Consist of Going Over His
House
Recently on a first date, I picked a young lady up around 2:00pm and took her
to the zoo because she had never been to the one in the city in which we live. Afterwards,
we went to a restaurant that I love because of its atmosphere and then we drove to
the beach and sat on the rocks and continued our conversation. If a man sees you
as relationship material, he’ll do all he can to impress you. Even guys that have
never taken a woman to a nice restaurant or anywhere special, will go out on a limb
to do what he thinks he should do, to win you over. If there’s nothing to be won,
then there’s no need for him to pull out all the stops or to treat you special. Why
should he spend money on someone that he doesn’t feel deserves to be impressed? There
also may be a possibility that he doesn’t want to be seen with you in public. You
know us fellas have our reputations to uphold. So if you’re spending your Thursday
night, Friday night, and Saturday night, at his house just hanging out, I think you
know what category you fit in.
He Sees You When It’s Convenient For Him, Not Convenient
for You
I know that we all lead busy lives and we find ourselves short on time, but
if he is not working a full time job, going to school, and attempting a shot at a
music career all at that the same time, he’s available more times than every other
Thursday. A man that desires you will create time in his busy schedule to be with
you. If you find yourself growing frustrated day by day because your attempts to
spend time with him are being rejected, he’s not into you. A man that wants to be
in your company will seek to plan time with you. A man that REALLY wants to be in
your company, will have already planned the next time that the two of you will spend
time together before you part ways on your date. It’s ok for a man to be busy and
say, “You know what sweetie, tonight is not a good night for me” as long as he follows
it up with another option, “But how about Friday?”
The key thing to look for at the very beginning is what is he doing to try to impress me? The bigger the prize the harder a man will work for it. The smaller the prize, the less a man will work for it. Now that you have the knowledge to know what type of prize he sees you as, it’s your decision to determine if he wins the prize or not.
